Sanjiv Marwaha.
17 years in the corporate world. Fortune 500 companies. MNCs.
But one thing kept bothering Sanjiv.
During those 17 years, he interviewed countless freshers and candidates.
But what he kept seeing was alarming – graduates who lacked basic foundational skills.
Not because they weren’t intelligent, but because somewhere in their education journey, the basics were never truly built and learning had become memorisation instead of understanding.
The system had moved them forward without the foundation being in place.

What started as one question inside the corporate world became a 15-year mission to transform how children learn.

Do I need prior teaching experience?
No. Many successful educators begin with a passion for helping students learn rather than formal teaching experience. TejGuru provides training, methodology, and support to help you build confidence before you begin teaching.
Do I need a B.Ed. or teaching degree?
No. A teaching degree is not mandatory. What matters most is your subject knowledge, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in helping students succeed.
What subjects will I be teaching?
TejGuru currently focuses on foundational Maths and Science education up to Grade 8 using a curiosity-first teaching methodology. Complete details will be shared during the webinar.
How much time do I need to dedicate?
The program is designed to be flexible. Many educators begin by teaching a few hours per week and gradually increase their involvement based on their availability.
